APPLIANCE SALES

Schaefer’s is growing and expanding our appliance sales staff! We are looking for men and women to fill our full-time sales positions.

 


Job Description: This position includes educating and assisting customers in purchasing the different brands of appliances we carry at our store. We carry brands to satisfy all of our customers needs from entry-level products to high-end appliances. The sales associate is responsible for their customer through the entire sales process, as well as follow through after the sale. 
Requirements: Superior communication skills and an honest desire to satisfy our customer’s needs. Previous sales experience is always helpful, however we do offer a very extensive training program. We are a drug free workplace, and do require a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Hours: This position does include daytime, evening and weekend hours. There is time off during the week. Time off during the weekend is on a rotating basis. Keep in mind this is a retail position and hours do vary. You can expect 45 to 49 hours per week.
