We know your time is valuable. We offer professional delivery & installation of the appliances we offer.
Our delivery and installation crews are OUR team members. We do not contract out our deliveries. This gives us better control of the experience that you get on delivery day. Our drivers and installers have been trained, as well as certified by the manufactures to make sure that your machines are installed properly.
Basic Appliance Delivery: $50 Includes delivery of your appliance(s) to your home. Hook up and set up which includes any applicable cords (dryer, range), venting (dryer), etc. necessary to complete your basic installation. Personalized instruction on the operation of your unit(s). Haul away of your old units, if you wish.
*Basic Appliances include appliance items that are not considered "built-in" products. Unfortunately we will not hook up any plastic water lines, dryer venting, etc. We also offer phone support if you have questions after our delivery/install team(s) have left your home.
Dishwasher Re-Installation: $120 We are certified to do dishwasher re-installation in your home. If you have a dishwasher installed currently, we can swap it out with the new unit of your choice. Professional installation gives you peace of mind that your dishwasher was installed properly and will be operating properly. Installation charge includes ALL necessary parts to complete your dishwasher installation.
*For In-City (Lincoln) installations, Dishwasher Re-Installation also requires a City Permit ($25) that will be purchased at the time of sale. An electrical switch/shut off at the dishwasher location is also required. Most Out of City Limits do not require a permit- some do, however there is an additional trip charge based on location.
Over the Range Microwave Installation: $100 Need some more space on your kitchen countertops- then pick up an OTR microwave and we can get it installed more you. 99% of all OTR microwaves will fit a standard 30" opening, so if you have a 30" hood installed now- chances are the new microwave will fit, no problem.
* We do require that you have an actual electrical plug installed before we install. We will not hook up "direct connect" electrical lines. You must have an outlet that we can physically plug into. Also, if you wish to have your microwave vented to the outside- venting must be in place before installation. Otherwise, most OTR's do a great job recirculating thier venting.
Gas Appliance: $90 Many consumers still prefer gas as their energy fuel of choice. We offer many appliances available in gas options. For peace of mind, we can also install them for you, as well.
* Our gas installation charge INCLUDES PARTS NEEDED to complete the installation. A gas shut off valve is REQUIRED to be located at the appliance location.
